Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) – what is it?
– LEAP is a free fuel poverty outreach service providing help and support to vulnerable, low income residents
– The LEAP service is provided in partnership with Peterborough City Council and AgilityEco
– LEAP is managed in Peterborough by The Housing Programmes Team which is part of the Home Services Delivery Team within Adult Social Care
– LEAP provides home visits by Home Energy Advisors from our partner agency Green Energy Switch (GES)

Who is Eligible for LEAP?
Anyone receiving one of the following:
• Income‐related Employment and Support Allowance
• Contribution‐based Employment and Support Allowance
• Income‐based Jobseeker’s Allowance
• Income Support
• Pension Guarantee Credit
• Pension Savings Credit
• Child Tax Credit / Working Tax Credit
• Universal Credit
• Housing Benefit
• Council Tax Reductions
• A Disability Benefit (including Attendance Allowance, Carer’s Allowance, DLA, PIP, Severe Disablement Allowance)
• Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit
OR • Has a total annual household income of less than £31,000
