The Combined Authority is pleased to say that as from 1st February 2023 Wansford residents will now be able to apply for or renew their concessionary bus pass online. Bus passes can be used on the Call Connect bus service that comes into the village. The online process is easy for applicants, so we are confident that residents will find this new method simple to use. To apply for or renew the pass go to www.thebuspass.com. Residents that do not have access to a computer can call 0345 045 1367 for help with their application. Or, if they would like, they can go into any of the Peterborough libraries where staff have been trained on how to do a first time or renewal application.
This change to the online form does mean that from 1st February 2023 it will no longer be possible to do a paper application or go to the Peterborough Town Hall and do it in person.
